Our Mission

"A Village Starts One Cottage at a Time"

Our mission is to create Cottage Communities that foster inclusivity and support for Veterans, Seniors, and those earning between 40% and 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI). These communities not only provide affordable housing in a "Village" environment. The blending of these groups will bring benefits that are immeasurable.  Our Cottage Villages will include amenities usually only seen in upscale communities, such a community Centers, Grounds management, playgrounds, walking trails and much more.
