LittleLiving.org plans to develop10 to 20 one-bedroom and two-bedroom single-family rental homes in Georgetown DE. Homes in size from will range from 400 sq. ft. to 6500 sq. ft. Monthly rents will range from$850 - $1000 per and will include utilities and internet access.

Accomplishments to-date:

  • Acquired 1 acre of land to buildupon in the Georgetown Opportunity Zone.
  • Granted permission from the Georgetown Town Manager and Council to has startedto build two Proof of Concept homes on the property.
  • Received DelDOT approval to build on site and notification for expedited processing of the site application.

Little Living is currently negotiating to purchase two additional lots adjacent to the lot being       developed in Phase 1. These lots will support 10 to 12 additional rental homes, plus an overflow parking lot.

Kent County, DE (“Murphy Farm”):

Currently under contract to acquire and develop a 27-acre tract of land in Kent County that of in Kent County that will accommodate 200 - 220 homes for sale and an additional 40 to 50 homes as rentals.
