20-Home Pilot Community (Sussex County)

  • 20 cottages (mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms)
  • Solar-ready utilities, shared courtyards, gardens, pavilion, and playground
  • Rents kept attainable for working residents while ensuring durability and low maintenance

How We Select Sites

We seek to acquire land, either through donations or purchase, that has access to jobs, transportation, schools and other services. Each parcel is evaluated for environmental stewardship, infrastructure efficiency, and long-term viability.

Project Phases & Future Growth

Our Sussex County pilot is just the beginning. Plans are underway to expand into Kent County with multi-phase developments of 172 cottages, designed around local needs. Each new site incorporates lessons learned from earlier builds, ensuring stronger infrastructure, more efficient layouts, and community amenities, close to transportation, schools and employment.
