Little Living.org will acquire real estate in targeted locations in  Sussex and Kent Counties, DE. that hae access to employment opportunities, public transportation, health and education/training facilities.

Little Living.org, working with land development planners, will provide land improvements, septic/sewer, water and electric/solar connectivity and landscaping that will provide a community atmosphere in a village setting 

The little village  homes are not prefabricated, or mass produced and will employ/utilize multiple trades (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, sheet rock workers, painters and others). 

Little Living.org plans to install solar field and generators to help minimize the day-to-day energy costs for the community residents. while also reducing the dependence on fossil fuels.

Little Living estimates that it can build 6 of homes every 60 days once the site work has been completed.

Little Living communities will be maintained by outside mangement companies.
