The Little Living solution is to build homes priced (for ownership or rental) that are affordable to households making between 50% and 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Our Homes will be sold/rented at cost, with no markup. All our homes are "stick built! The purchase price of homes will range between$85,000 and $130,000. Rental home prices will  range between$900 to $1,100per month, including utilities and internet access. Little Living will build one, two and three-bedroom single-family homes furnished or unfurnished ranging in size from 400 sq. ft. to 850 sq ft. Homes when furnished will include beds, living room furniture, appliances, televisions and ceiling fans. Our communities will be solar powered to reduce overall home ownership/rental costs.
