Little Living.org will acquire real estate in targeted locations in  Sussex and Kent Counties, DE. and beyond that has access to employment opportunities, public transportation, health and education/training facilities.

Little Living, working with engineers, will provide land improvements, septic/sewer, water and electric/solar connectivity and landscaping that will provide a community atmosphere in a village setting 

The little village  homes are stick built one at a time and not mass produced and will employ/utilize multiple trades (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, sheet rock workers, painters and others). 

Little Living.org plans to install solar power fields to help minimize the energy costs for the community residents. while also reducing the dependence on fossil fuels.

Little Living estimates that it can build 6 homes every 60 days once the site work has been completed.
