The Little Living solution is to build cottages priced (for ownership or rental) that are affordable to households making between 50% and 70% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Our cottages will be sold/rented at cost, with no markup. All our cottages are "stick built! The purchase price of our cottages will range between$85,000 and $130,000. Cottage rental prices will  range between$850 to $1,150per month, including utilities and internet access. Little Living will build one, two and three-bedroom single-family cottages ranging in size from 425 sq. ft. to 850 sq ft. Homes can be furnished with include beds, living room furniture, appliances, televisions and ceiling fans at a slightly higher rental price. Our cottage communities will be solar powered to reduce overall home ownership/rental costs.
